Californian reggae band, Groundnation, returns to Argentina this May 4, 2014 at 21pm. at the Vorterix Theatre in Buenos Aires. Tickets are on sale for Tiketek system and in the theatre!
The band was founded in 1988 by Harrison Stafford, Marcus Urani and Ryan Newman. In 1999, the group, finally release his first album called “Young Tree”.
The ideology of the band is social equality between all people, of all be at the same level, being all equal and learn together. That’s why Groundnation. The group also tries to keep the African roots that surround the reggae music alive. They use their drums in their compositions (nyabinghi type) used in ancient religious ceremonies Rastafarians where all were equal.
